These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your relationship with Ethirra Limited (trading as Holistiwise). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

No contract will exist between you and Ethirra Limited for the sale of any product unless and until Ethirra Limited accepts your order by email, confirming that your order has been dispatched. That acceptance is deemed complete and effective at the time the email is sent to you, regardless of whether it is received.

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing, citing the reason for return as "contract cancellation". Please include your order number and contact details to ensure a swift resolution.

Any contract entered into shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. By purchasing from Holistiwise, both you and Ethirra Limited agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, images, and prices, occasional errors may occur. Product specifications and availability may change without notice. Always refer to and follow the instructions and guidelines provided with the product before use.

If your payment card is used fraudulently for an online transaction without your permission, you are entitled to cancel the payment. Your card issuer is legally obligated to refund you. Please notify your card issuer as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use or if your card is lost or stolen.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, you have a legal right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. These rights cannot be excluded or restricted. Any notice or policy attempting to override these rights (e.g., “No Refunds”, “Exchange Only”) is void and unenforceable under the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976.
