Delivery & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link.
What delivery options do you offer?
Priority Express: 1–2 working days, £6.99 (regional/weight surcharges may apply).
Economy: 2–4 working days, free for orders over £75 (£4.99 for named delivery day).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours if in stock. Priority Express: 1–2 days. Economy: 2–4 days.
My order has been delayed. What should I do?
Check your tracking email. Contact cs@holistiwise.com if needed.
What happens if the courier cannot deliver?
A calling card will be left with instructions for redelivery if no safe place is available.
Tracking shows delivered but no parcel?
Check with neighbours or safe places. Still missing? Email cs@holistiwise.com within 48 hours.
Why is my order split into multiple deliveries?
Some items may ship separately depending on stock levels. All shipments have separate tracking.
Can I upgrade my shipping after placing the order?
Yes, if not yet dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible to upgrade your shipping.
Can I select a preferred delivery date?
Yes! You can select a preferred delivery date during checkout.

I received a wrong or defective product.
Email us with your order number and photos. We aim to resolve issues within 24 hours.
Can I place an order by phone?
No, all orders must be placed through our website for security and accuracy.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately.
Why is a product shown as in stock but unavailable?
Stock updates regularly but sometimes sells out quickly. We restock as soon as possible.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, you need to place a new order for additional items.
Can I collect my order?
No, currently we offer delivery only.
How do I place an order?
Browse, add to basket, and checkout securely. You will receive confirmation and tracking by email.
Can I edit items in my basket before checkout?
Yes, you can freely add or remove products before completing your purchase.
How will I know when my order is dispatched?
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
What if I didn't get an order confirmation?

Shopify handles the payments and supports almost all payment methods.
Can I request an invoice?

Do you offer multi-buy discounts?
Yes! Eligible discounts will automatically apply in your basket.
Do you offer free gifts?
Yes, selected products may include free gifts at checkout when available.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days. Contact cs@holistiwise.com for instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds typically take 5–10 working days after processing.

Can I update my account information?
Yes, you can edit your personal information under "Your Account."
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset securely.

How fast do you respond to support inquiries?
We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for the response. Our support team is primarily based in the UTC +7 and is available during standard business hours. We have a weekend staff to answer basic queries too.
Do you provide phone support?
We don’t offer telephone or video call support as of now.
